Best way to reach level 10 in pre-searing, solo - Page 2 - Guild Wars Forums

sorry for bumping an old thread. Im trying to get to level 10 fast. Im level 5 right now post searing. im thinking of starting over in pre searing and power leveling with the charr at the gates. how many hours does it take? is there a power level area i can do post searing. im at the northern wall or maybe ruriks post

If leveling is a priority Prophecies is just a bad choice overall. Factions is the way to go. You'll be level 20 in potentially a couple of hours; possibly the same amount of time you spent in pre-searing on your existing character. It's shorter, has a steeper learning curve, but aims to get you to level 20 asap (plus you get the option of playing assassin or rit as well).

PS: As someone possibly told you in another thread, grinding levels is a really pointless thing to do. They're really just training levels, so as you complete missions, explore, and do whatever else you need to to get stuff for your HoM you'll be leveling anyway.

The best way is to kill the Oaks on the other side of the wall get a gate openner to open the gate or you can kill the boss in the Catacombs several times.

Haha, here we go again, Age. He's already in post searing. Just cus you're a pre-searing nut doesn't mean this guy has to be

But yeah, factions is by far the quickest way to lvl 10. You can even get to 20 in 4 hours.... Lvls 1-19 are training levels anyway.
